Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of Img2Img ("Img2Img," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using img2img-ai.com or a related service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Img2Img for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not old enough to enter a binding contract, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

The Service

Img2Img provides image-to-image generation, local preview or preparation tools, model and setting selection, file storage and downloads, guest allowances, accounts, credits, and paid features. Available models, settings, limits, prices, speed, and output quality can change. A displayed estimate is not a guarantee of generation time, availability, or a particular result.

Some features are supplied through third-party AI, hosting, storage, authentication, email, security, analytics, and payment providers. Their availability and separate terms can affect the service. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature, but we will provide notice when reasonably practicable and legally required.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, authentication provider, and active sessions. You may not share, sell, transfer, or use an account to evade limits or enforcement. Contact support@img2img-ai.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Guest access uses a signed device identifier and is subject to displayed daily, device, IP, abuse-prevention, and capacity limits. Guest access is not guaranteed and does not create a permanent content history.

User Content

"User Content" means source images, prompts, instructions, feedback, and other material you submit. You retain any rights you already hold in your User Content. You grant Img2Img a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and provide the service, including through our service providers.

You represent that you own or have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit and process User Content. This includes permissions relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidential information, and identifiable people. Do not upload content subject to confidentiality duties or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to disclose and process it.

AI Outputs

Generative results can be inaccurate, unexpected, biased, incomplete, or similar to content generated for another user. Img2Img does not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, eligible for copyright protection, or suitable for a particular personal or commercial use.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication. Check faces, identity, anatomy, text, logos, product details, factual claims, and third-party rights. Commercial use depends on your source rights, the selected model and provider terms, applicable law, and the final output. Img2Img is not a substitute for professional legal review or a deterministic image editor when exact preservation is required.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Img2Img does not claim ownership of your output. Your ability to use an output may still be restricted by rights in the source, recognizable people, brands, copyrighted material, provider terms, or local law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate law, court orders, sanctions, export controls, or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or credible threats of violence.
• Deceive, defraud, impersonate, harass, stalk, dox, or create a misleading synthetic depiction intended to cause harm or evade lawful disclosure duties.
• Process a person's image for unlawful biometric identification, surveillance, discrimination, eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, health, or other high-impact decisions.
• Upload malware, scrape or probe the service without authorization, gain unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass technical, rate, credit, geographic, or safety controls.
• Resell access, automate abusive request volumes, manipulate referrals or payment events, or use stolen payment methods or credentials.

We may remove content, block a request, restrict a feature, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or providers, secure the service, or comply with law.

Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Prices, taxes, credit cost, included usage, validity period, currency, renewal terms, and payment provider are shown at checkout or before a paid action. You authorize the payment processor to charge the selected method and must provide accurate billing information. Img2Img does not store full payment-card numbers.

Credits are a limited, revocable license to access eligible service features. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be transferred or resold. Credits may expire on the date shown in the purchase or account record. Generation costs can differ by model, settings, image count, and quality, and the estimated cost is displayed before submission.

When a credit-based generation fails and the service records the task as refunded, reserved credits are returned to your Img2Img credit balance. This credit reversal is not a refund of the original payment.

If a recurring plan is offered and identified as recurring at checkout, it renews for the displayed interval until canceled. You may cancel through the available billing settings or by contacting support. Unless the payment provider or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the current paid period; it does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges for consumed credits and completed digital generation are non-refundable. We review other refund requests case by case, including duplicate or erroneous charges. Send the account email, transaction identifier, date, amount, and reason to support@img2img-ai.com, but never send a full card number or password. Payment-processor rules and mandatory consumer rights also apply.

Storage and Downloads

Outputs are not permanent cloud storage. For completed tasks, source files are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours, free outputs after 7 days, and credit-based outputs after 30 days. Cleanup can be delayed by retries or operational issues. You are responsible for downloading any output you want to keep before it expires.

Img2Img Intellectual Property

The service software, interface, design, documentation, branding, and original site content are owned by Img2Img or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to use Img2Img names, logos, or branding except as necessary to identify the service lawfully.

If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe content or use of the service infringes your rights, email support@img2img-ai.com with the relevant URL or task reference, a description of the protected work or right, your contact information, the requested action, and a good-faith statement that your report is accurate. Do not send unnecessary sensitive material.

Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account closure, contact support@img2img-ai.com. Closing an account does not cancel obligations already incurred, and some transaction, security, or legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, payment dispute, legal requirement, provider restriction, or threat to users or the service. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We do not warrant that an AI model will preserve a subject, produce a lawful or commercially usable output, or remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Img2Img and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Img2Img for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, providers, risk, or law. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required for a material change. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service before they take effect.

General Terms and Disputes

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective, and the affected term will apply to the maximum lawful extent. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service.

Before filing a dispute, contact support@img2img-ai.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws where you live. Unresolved disputes will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
